Return & Shipping Policies

At Musaica Imports your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by our products, and will exchange or return a damaged or defective product to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please read the policies below to become fully informed of our method for handling your order to your satisfaction.

All merchandise purchased from Musaica Imports has a 7-day unconditional guarantee from the date of receipt except when noted below.

You may ship your package back to us via FedEx, UPS, or postal service.  We also suggest that you insure your package for its full value.  You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless your product is defective or was shipped in error.

All non-defective instruments or bows are unconditionally returnable for 7 days from the date of receipt.  These items must be returned in new condition.  Otherwise, repair costs or depreciation due to damage may be changed.

If you have received a damaged or defective instrument or bow, please contact us immediately upon receipt.  All shipping charges for the return of items that are defective or which have been damaged during shipping will be paid by Musaica Imports. These items must be shipped within 7 days of receipt. Musaica Imports will be under no obligation to accept defective or damaged merchandise returns after this period. Please do not return or ship damaged items until confirmed with Musaica Imports.



Strings are non-returnable unless shipped in error.


Instrument Parts:

All non-installed instrument parts must be returned in unopened original packaging within 7 days of purchase for refund or replacement. Installed or opened instrument parts are not returnable. If these parts are defective, they must be returned within 7 days of receipt.


Price List

The available price list is confidential for dealers only. To qualify as a dealer, we must receive a copy of your state resale license. Most orders can be fulfilled within 1 business day. Shipping is rated by cost and all shipments are fully insured. We primarily use UPS and USPS. Please call us with any questions. We will do everything in our power to serve you!

Terms & Conditions

Dealer terms are normally 30 days or due upon receipt. We accept checks, VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and bank transfers. Dealers will receive a 5% discount when payment is received within 5 days of receipt. Normal terms are 30 days. A 1.5% finance charge per month will be imposed at the end of each month for overdue invoices over 30 days. All international orders must be paid in advance and are F.O.B. If there is an outstanding invoice older than 30 days, we will not ship until payments are received.



Can I buy direct from you?
Retail and private customers must buy from a Musaica Imports dealer.  Take a look at "Our Dealers" tab on the home page.

How do I become a dealer?
We must receive an e-mail with your complete contact information and a PDF of your state resale license. We will follow up with a call or e-mail for any further information.

Who does Musaica sell to?
Musaica Imports sells to licensed retailers and reseller only.
